Online Daily Field Trip Reservation Request
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this online reservation request!
I understand that anyone in our group age 18 and older will be required to have in their possession a valid, government-issued photo I.D. such as a driver's license or passport. Anyone who does not have an acceptable I.D. in their possession will not be allowed to enter the John C. Stennis Space Center site.

If you have 10 or more guests and would like to make a reservation, we invite you to use our online reservation request. We will take your submitted data, verify its accuracy, and start a reservation for you. Be sure to fill out all sections completely, so we can process your request accurately and in a timely manner. If you provide an e-mail address, we will respond to you via e-mail when we have processed your reservation. Note: Your visit is not officially scheduled until you have received a confirmation email or phone call from us.

Groups traveling by bus will be allowed to enter through the center's gates. All others must begin their visit at The Launch Pad at Mississippi's I-10 Welcome Center.

8. Estimated Arrival Time:

All groups arriving by bus at StenniSphere must arrive at least 15 minutes before scheduled time to allow students/children an opporunity to use restroom facilities. Restoom facilities are located in the park adjacent to the center in the pavilion with the blue roof.

Groups arriving at the I-10 Welcome Center should arrive 30 minutes before their scheduled visit.

9. Estimated Departure Time:

Due to the number of groups scheduled, we ask each group to limit their visit to two hours, which does not include lunch. Please allow another 30 minutes should you decide to have lunch while on site.

Picnic areas are available for those groups who elect to bring their own meals. Please contact a daily group reservations agent for information on availability and locations.
